I Corinthians 16:13 "Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong."

Paul is writing to the church at Corinth, and he gives them a short but powerful charge. He says, “Watch ye.” That means be alert. We’re living in a world full of spiritual danger. The devil doesn’t take a day off, and neither should we. We must keep our eyes open, stay awake to the lies of the world, and be ready to stand for what is right. A Christian who is sleeping on duty can be caught off guard. We are not to drift through life, but to be on guard at all times.

Then Paul says, “Stand fast in the faith.” That means we’re not supposed to bend or bow to pressure. When the world mocks our Bible, we stand fast. When others walk away from the truth, we stay put. We don’t change with the times — we stay with the Word. Paul also says, “Quit you like men,” which means act like grown men — be brave, be mature, take responsibility. It's time for Christians to stop playing games and start living boldly for Christ. Then he adds, “Be strong.” Not in our own strength, but in the Lord’s. God's strength never fails.

Dear friend, the hour is late, the battle is real, and the time for half-hearted Christianity is over. Are you watching? Are you standing fast? Have you taken your place in the fight? Jesus is coming soon, and He’s looking for faithful soldiers — not spectators. Don’t let fear stop you. Don’t let sin hold you back. Rise up today and say, “By God’s grace, I will be strong. I will stand.” If you’ve been drifting, now is the time to come back. Get on your knees, get back in the Word, and get serious about living for Christ. Let the Lord find you faithful when He comes.
